About the Author

Mahendra Ramsinghani is the Founder of Secure Octane – a cyber-security seed fund based in the San Francisco bay area. He formerly worked as a Director in Venture Capital Initiatives for Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Mahendra led the legislation for two Fund-of-Fund programs that deploy $200+ million in VC funds, Michigan. He is also the co-author of “Startup Boards”.

Mahendra’s holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA with a major in Marketing & Finance.
